| Steps in Pre insurance health checkup |
- Choose your state and city.
- Select the service provider.
- Pay online a sum of Rs.749 only. (Offline payment options are also available)
- Based an your preference, a technician from our affiliate lab (Accredited to ISO) will come to your residence and collect the blood sample.
- Once the blood results are available online, you need to go to the doctor (choose from the list approved in your location), take an ECG and have a medical examination done.
- The lab results and medical certificates will be forwarded to the underwriter by us.
- In a few locations, you may have to go to our affiliate Lab/Hospital for giving blood sample, taking ECG and medical examinations.
- You can download the Pre Insurance medical check up form, take a print out before you go and meet your Doctor from our approved list, pertaining to your location.
- The Doctor will have to upload the Medical certificate to our website, logging in from the service provider section.
